Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from or using the Painted Holy website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Our Products Painted Holy sells premium canvas prints produced on a print-on-demand basis. Each item is custom-produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment All orders are subject to the following timeline:
- Production time: Approximately 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.
- Shipping time: Approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Total estimated delivery time is generally 6–12 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
4. Payment We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount.
5. Returns & Refunds Because every product is custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right, including replacement or a refund at our discretion. To report an issue, please email us with your order number and photos of the item.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss We ship to addresses within the United States. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Intellectual Property All images, designs, and content displayed on the Painted Holy website are the property of Painted Holy or used with proper licensing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties Painted Holy provides its products and website on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated herein.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Painted Holy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
